rebind

Explicitly bind a stable archive identity to a moved source path. Metawarc never silently guesses identity.

metawarc rebind ARCHIVE_ID /new/path/site.warc.gz --dbfile collection.db
metawarc rebind ARCHIVE_ID /new/path/site.warc.gz --dbfile collection.db --force

--force accepts a mismatched fingerprint after independent verification.
